Why you need to be economical, mindful and tactical about how you approach weight loss
There are many ways in which you can approach a weight loss journey. The quickest ways require very little consideration of how you, your body, and mind work. This means that they can often come at a cost, and you may only realize this in hindsight. When it comes to weight loss you are the negotiator with your body, mind and self.

The costs of not being mindful in a weight loss journey or trying to lose weight too quickly include a lack of sustainability (rebound weight gain) which you want to avoid, and the other cost is your sense of happiness.
